Boundary-Setting Workshops

• Make No Mean NO! -  Struggling to hold a boundary? Develop your script .

We offer bespoke workshops for individuals, groups and workplaces. If you would like more details or would like to nominate your workplace for a workshop then please contact us.

Our Self-Defence classes are structured training sessions designed to teach you how to prevent, avoid, or physically respond to threats.

We are delivering a monthly FREE Worth Defending Class from June to November 2026 (excluding school holidays) in Harrison Park.
